Ydrapremiere.gr is the e-shop for the online display and supply of products of the Greek sole proprietorship company “Niki Lampropoulou”, hereinafter referred to as “ydrapremiere.gr”, located at Ydras Port, 18040, Ydra, Greece. Before you enter our online shop and browse our webpage, please refer to the following terms and conditions, which specifically apply to the use of the e-shop of “Niki Lampropoulou” found at ydrapremiere.gr. Make sure you agree with the following terms and conditions, because further use and navigation of the said webpage implies your express and unreserved consent to them.
1. Terms
Ydrapremiere.gr maintains the right to unilaterally amend or renew these terms and conditions for transactions performed through its e-shop according to its needs and honest practices. Ydrapremiere.gr assumes the obligation to notify users of any amendments, as well as any changes through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that the change of terms shall not regard orders already made.
2. Supplied information & Products
Ydrapremiere.gr is bound to make complete and valid information available on its webpage with respect to essential characteristics described for every available product as required and also bound to provide accurate data on the services provided by the e-shop subject to any technical or typing errors having escaped its attention or accidentally arisen or due to the suspended operation of the webpage or force majeure.
3. Limited liability
Ydrapremiere.gr cannot provide any guarantees about product availability, but it guarantees end consumers will be notified in time of non-availability. Ydrapremiere.gr is solely liable for fraud and gross negligence in case of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information or services provided through its website. Ydrapremiere.gr shall not be liable for any technical problems which may be experienced by users when attempting to access the website and during their access related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Moreover, ydrapremiere.gr shall not be held liable for third-party acts or omissions and, particularly, unauthorized third-party interventions to products and/or services and/or information available online.
4. User’s Obligations
The users of ydrapremiere.gr web pages accept that they shall not use them or the ydrapremiere.gr e-shop to send, publish, e-mail or in any other way propagate any Contents that are illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, disturbing, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, indecent, libelous, in breach of another party’s privacy, show empathy or express racial, ethnic or other discrimination, or that may harm minors in any way. Such contents may not be propagated under the law or contractual or managerial relations (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or subject to confidentiality agreements). 5. Transaction Privacy

To pay the order, you shall be redirected to the Piraeus Bank website accordingly without any contact in any case with data and details of your credit/debit card. This information shall be transferred by you using encrypted connection to Piraeus Bank through their safe transaction systems.
7. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GGD 2016/679), any specific national and European legislation in certain cases, the Greek law on the protection of personal data and privacy in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA). 8. Product purchase
In order to make the search and order procedure easier, we have segmented our products in product categories. Every category has further filters helping you to narrow down your search as quickly and easily as possibly. Ydrapremiere.gr shall make all possible efforts to provide world-class service to you. However, cases of errors may not be excluded for prices and secondary product characteristics and it cannot be ensured that there will be no suspended webpage operation or “human” errors when updating/entering product prices. In case where you do not receive the relevant emails, you are obliged to notify us without delay under the general terms governing our transactions.
9. Payment methods
A. Debit/ Credit card
ydrapremiere.gr e-shop cooperates with Piraeus Bank for debit/ credit card payment services. Payment using credit cards is an absolutely safe payment method for our clients. ydrapremiere.gr shall never become aware of your card or account information. To pay the order, you shall be redirected to the dedicated Piraeus Bank webpage (Redirection) without any contact in any case with data and details of your card. This information shall be transferred by you using encrypted connection to Piraeus Bank through the bank’s safe transaction systems. In case where you choose to pay using a credit card, you must be present to receive your order and have your credit card and ID with you. In this case, a third party is not allowed to receive the order. This also applies when you place an order on behalf of a company. In this case, the card must be corporate and it should state the name of the recipient. When placing an order, the purchase agreement shall be concluded once your payment transfer is concluded.
10. Delivery dates and times
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 17:00 pm.
11. Transaction currency
All transactions are completed in Euros (€).
12. Online Dispute Resolution
According to Directive 2013/11/EK, which was incorporated into Greek law by Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, the option of online consumer dispute resolution is now available via the Alternative Dispute Resolution process throughout the European Union.
